WEEKEND RETREATS

This Retreat is all about preparing and enjoying food, wellness and health. Not only will I show you how easy it is to prepare nutritious and delicious food but you will also learn about food groups and strategies to live a healthier life. I will give you individual guidance to achieve your goals for your body whether it is to lose weight, get rid of medication or just to stay healthy and young.

We will get together on Friday at 4 pm with a meet and greet to discuss your goals and introduce the schedule of the retreat. We also want you to get comfortable in your accommodations. 

​

Saturday I will teach basic nutrition guidelines before we prepare lunch together. After our meal you will learn about the effects of individual food groups, superfoods, foods to avoid, healthy substitution for those foods and how to read food labels.
 

After enjoying a delicious breakfast together on Sunday, we will discuss individual health conditions and how to heal from them with food and lifestyle. Other topics include intermittent fasting, water fasting, juicing and more tips on how you can improve your life and your health. We will also talk about your favourite dishes and how to make them healthier. Another subject will be how to loose weight with ease and don't have to give up on sweets. In between we will prepare and have lunch. We will end the day with Q&A and a dinner.
