We'll begin with a complimentary initial coaching call. During this 30-minute video session, you'll share your health and body goals with me, and I'll provide tailored recommendations and advice on how to improve. I'll guide you on habit changes and suggest the best foods for your needs.

 

I'll provide you with personalized recommendations for any additional coaching you might need. There's no pressure to schedule further sessions, and if the free coaching has already addressed your concerns, that's great!

  1. Intake Form: Once you have chosen further coaching sessions, you'll fill out an intake form. This form gathers essential information to create a detailed assessment tailored specifically to you.

  2. Comprehensive Assessment: Based on the information you provide, I will craft a comprehensive assessment. This assessment includes personalized food lists, meal plans, and exercise routines designed to meet your unique needs and goals.

  3. Weekly Video Sessions: We'll schedule weekly online video sessions to discuss your progress and any questions or concerns you may have. These sessions provide personalized guidance and accountability to keep you on track.

  4. Customized Strategies: During our sessions, we'll work together to develop strategies to help you stick with your new lifestyle. Whether it's overcoming obstacles or staying motivated, I am here to support you every step of the way.

  5. Flexible Support: Weekly follow-up sessions are recommended, but you have the flexibility to choose the frequency of support that works best for you.

  6. Text Support: Need assistance while shopping? No problem! Stay in contact with me via text, and I will provide guidance on selecting the right products for your goals.
