Is it necessary for me to do the exercises?

If you enjoy exercise, that's a big bonus! However, I understand that some people don't like it or simply don't have the time. I will show you how to seamlessly integrate exercise into your day, so you don't need to set aside extra time for it. And if you choose to follow my program without exercise, I will still fully support you!

Does the program you provide aim to cure diabetes?

Absolutely, I can guide you through selecting low glycemic index foods and combining them for meals with the lowest glycemic load. Together, we'll work to stabilize your blood sugar levels. Many of my clients have successfully reduced or eliminated their need for diabetes medication through these methods. Let's get started!

Is the program based on a plant-based diet?

Many fitness trainers recommend eating animal protein because it's what most people want to hear and helps them sell their services. My main objective, however, is to get you healthy in the best way you can manage. I strongly encourage a plant-based diet, but if you're not ready to give up meat yet, I will help you choose the best options for your health.

Once your body has undergone a reset period of approximately a week, you'll observe even more significant results. Additionally, I'm available to answer any questions you may have about cooking, suggest ingredient substitutions, or offer support whenever you encounter challenges sticking to the program. My goal is to be there for you every step of the way.

What is the fee for the coaching services?

I offer various packages tailored to your needs. Starting at CAD $380 for a one-week coaching program inclusive of video calls, comprehensive assessments, food lists, and lifestyle advice. Additionally, there are several intermediate packages available. For those seeking a more extensive program spanning six weeks, priced at CAD $1290, I provide continuous guidance and support to ensure your success throughout the journey. This package also includes a one-year membership to our club, granting you access to our monthly Q&A sessions, newsletters filled with valuable information, online cooking classes and other exclusive benefits.
