Judy Brazil on Judith's Nutrition coaching

I’m so happy to say, back in December of 2022 I met the wonderful, happy, pleasant and healthy Judith Graile during a beautiful walk one morning in my hometown. 

Judith is a Certified Holistic Nutrition & Health Coach.  We became friends immediately along with her partner Wes. 

 

Judith is very knowledgeable and well versed in her field of "Wellness and staying Healthy".

 

She is a wonderful coach in providing you with a holistic based meal plan and healthy recipe recommendations to help you achieve a much healthier lifestyle. 

She is the Author of the Book “On the Boat, On the Road, and At Home”.  This book has some great delicious recipes that are very easy to follow and I can attest that you will feel much better about yourself along with  plenty of extra energy to burn!! 

 

After conversing with her a number of times, and she doing an assessment on my eating habits etc. I realized I was not living a very healthy life in respect to some of the foods I was eating.  

She was and has been a tremendous help to me in suggesting and choosing the right types of food.  At first I didn’t like the idea of giving up what I liked best (the bad foods 😊) but after being determined to try it…I knew 100% she was right.  Her words to me…"you have to make the choices that you want for yourself and that you feel comfortable with" are so true indeed.  You have to make the choices for yourself, not anyone else.   She was never pushy - she left it in my hands to decide.  

 

Due to a set-back with illness and family tragedy, I relapsed back into my old habits for awhile…but once again I’ve decided my health is the most important thing…I want to have more energy, feel more relaxed and enjoy what I do without feeling drained most of the time.  

 

To do this, I need to eat healthy and get outside to breathe in the clean fresh air – (house chores will come later) ...YOU can do it too folks, if you follow along with Judith's plan as She is great at what she does.

James Perry loves Judith's cooking

I have eaten several of the wonderful meals in Judith's book and love them all. (Though I have some definite favorites!)
I am not a vegetarian, and was more than pleasantly surprised at how easily these meals are prepared, while providing the tastes and textures I am used to, without animal products.
I also have a sweet tooth, and having sugar free dessert options are literally the icing on the cake!

 

I would recommend this cook book to anyone already enjoying a plant based diet, but especially to curious carnivores like myself. You will be pleasantly surprised and healthier for it!

Life coach Doris Hammerer on Judith's Nutrition coaching

I always had a sweet tooth and to stop eating cake and chocolate is not on my bucket list. Knowing that sugar is really bad for my body I started searching for alternatives and came across Judith's nutrition. What should I say, I love the many simple options she provides, to substitute sugar and still being able to enjoy sweets. Thank you!
