What to expect

  • We'll kick off with a complimentary initial coaching call, a 30-minute video session where you share your health and body goals, and I provide tailored recommendations and advice on habit changes and the best foods for you.

  • Following the call, I'll provide recommendations for any further coaching, with no obligation to book additional sessions. You'll have various package options to choose from, allowing you to tailor the level of coaching to your needs and budget.

  • Once you've selected a package, you'll complete an Intake form, providing comprehensive information for me to prepare a detailed assessment. Then, I'll spend a day with you in your home, integrating into your daily routine. We'll assess your pantry, replace unhealthy items with better options, shop together, and enjoy meals. I'll design a personalized exercise program for you and guide you on integrating exercise into your daily household tasks and schedule. If you have kids, we'll find healthy choices for them too, all at your pace and convenience. The day can be split into two sessions, as needed.

  • Weekly follow-up sessions via video call are recommended, but you can choose the frequency of support. Plus, we'll stay connected via text, so I can assist you while shopping, ensuring you make informed choices.
